TESTIMONIALS August 2004 Hi Penny, I have just posted the key to Maison Calme and it should arrive with you tommorow or Friday. Can you please confirm when you have recieved it. Many thanks for a very enjoyable holiday. We found the area and accommodation very good and would certainly visit again. The House was very well equipped and the pool very nice and welcome on those hot sunny days. We found the whole experience very relaxing and enjoyed many nights outside drinking wine and eating good food. We wanted for nothing and would like to extend our thanks to yourselves. August 2004 Dear Penny, Fantastic 2 weeks holiday at Maison Calme. Unfortunately we had two days rain but this did not detract from a lovely BBQuey time. We used the pool everyday and will definately return. Regards
Sept 03 Mrs Hawkins, We had very nice stay. The accomodation was very good indeed. The weather was very hot and eating outside was a joy, my young daughter was fasinated by the red squirrals you have in you wood. They are very few in Deutschland. Vielen dank Ernst

21 May 04 - 4June 04 Dear Penny A great stay at Maison Calme, our friends enjoyed this holiday no end. Made use of the pool every day but 1, too hot 44 degrees. Will return in 06. Very good Restaurant in Descartes Hotel de modern. Good food reasonable prices. Brian, Sue Reed Plus 4 friends
29/9/05 Dear Penny A thousand apologies for not writing sooner, since returning from Maison au Calme, work and life in general has been manic!! Thank you for a fantastic week at your lovely house. We had excellent weather every day and enjoyed the outdoors thoroughly! The pool was a little too chilly for swimming in, but this did not really detract from the experience at all as we were still able to enjoy the sun, top up our tans, eat fine food, drink excellent wine and generally un-wind. I trust that we left the house in a satsfactory state and that there were no problems. I shall send the key back to you this week by post, if there are any problems with this, please let me know. I should be very grateful if you would please return our deposit cheque once you have received the keys. Dear Penny, Well what a lovely holiday we have had, 2 weeks of really nice weather coupled with swimming every day, only problem out of breath for blowing up so many inflatables for our 3 children. Emily wanted to take the swimming pool back home with us!! she was most upset. Your house is very nice indeed and very well situated for visiting lovely chateaux. We found sleeping beauties castle near Chinon where our children thouroughly enjoyed this. Also the fantastic Zoo Beauval at St Aignan, sad to be leaving for England in the morning but we are well stocked up wth wine and cheese this will at least give us a fond memory of Maison Calme.
